Nashville Family Law Attorney

Emphasis On Client Objectives

Every family law case is different, and each client is unique. While the facts and circumstances often will dictate the strategy employed in your case, the exhaustion of all available legal remedies does not necessarily yield the most advantageous result – especially with the health and safety of your family is at stake. When necessary, Jake aggressively litigates and tries cases. He understands, however, that the client’s objectives may not be met from contentious litigation. Whether through trial or negotiated settlement, Jake will take the time to understand your goals and will zealously advocate on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome in your case.

Future-Focused Philosophy

The dissolution of your marriage is devastating to everyone involved. Inevitably, issues of the past must be addressed in divorce, and often, recalling those issues exacerbates an inherently difficult situation. With the right approach, however, the divorce process can be a vehicle for personal recovery and growth, establishing a solid foundation from which to navigate the next chapters in your life. To that end, Jake encourages every client to approach his or her case with an eye toward the future in transitioning a difficult ending into a new beginning.

Dependable Communication

Your legal issues are important, and you deserve access to your attorney. Throughout your case, Jake will work diligently to serve as an invaluable resource, actively communicating with you from start to finish to ensure that you can confidently make complicated decisions in a fully-informed fashion. As his client, you can expect Jake to timely answer your questions, inform and guide you through the entire process, help you establish goals and set realistic expectations, provide you with options, and formulate a case strategy best suited to meet your specific objectives.
